Real fires, chandeliers, original art work, and a lovely ‘feel’ sum up this lovely townhouse. It has been a holiday home in our collection for the last 15 years, and your feedback tells us that it is spacious, comfy, and ideal for families & extended families. There’s a sheltered walled-garden to the rear with a new hot tub, and small patio at the front for sun-downers. It has something for everyone.

We bought No 4 Queens Parade as our first home. We lovingly restored its original features, mixed in some modern bits, and had great times there. It still has a lot of personal touches, so we hope it feels like home from home for you too. It is located just outside the town walls, in a quiet, sought – after part of Tenby, and is a couple of minutes’ walk from the glorious South Beach.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom has a double bed, original fireplace and large bay window with views of Caldey Island and Giltar Point. The second double room has a double bed, original fireplace and views over the rear garden. There is a neat single bedroom to the front of the house, and a cosy twin bedroom to the rear.

Bathrooms
Bathroom with separate shower, bath, WC, & wash-hand basin.

Kitchen
Large open-plan kitchen & dining area with range cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave. The kitchen has patio doors opening out onto the rear walled-garden, which is perfect for al fresco dining and barbecuing.

Living Room 
Stylish and comfortable living room with leather settees, gas ‘real’ fire, with freeview TV and DVD player with selection of DVDs. Free internet access.

Dining Room 
Dramatic Dragon’s Blood red walls, real fire, antique dining table and eclectic dining chairs, chandelier – perfect for a sumptuous dinner party.

Linen & Towels 
Bed linen & bath towels are provided. Guests must bring their own beach towels.

Dishwasher, fridge-freezer, range oven with hob, iron, microwave, washing machine.
Central heating, cot, high chair, internet access, TV, barbecue, hairdryer, parking by perm it, private walled garden.

Accessibility
The bathroom and WC are on the first floor.

Outside
The walled garden to the rear is sheltered and great for children who need fresh air but are prone to wander. There is a patio table and chairs and BBQ set. The front patio area has a little bistro table for morning coffees & people-watching.

Other points to note
Guests can apply for 1 temporary residents’ parking permit from the county council for the residents’ parking bays opposite. Otherwise, the nearest public parking is in the South Beach open-air car-park, or the multi-storey which are both only a 5-minute walk away. With so much to do within Tenby & across its extensive beaches, many people park up the car and forget about it until it is time to reluctantly depart.
This gorgeous house is in an ideal location for accessing the beaches and walking the Pembrokeshire National Coast Path.
