Floral Corner is a brand new luxury apartment, situated in an iconic building at the very gateway to Tenby town.

Sprawled across 3 stories of the clock building above ‘Lollies Sweetshop’, this huge apartment has been brilliantly thought-out and expertly furnished. There are direct views of North Beach & Goscar Rock both from the coveted window seat in the living room on the first floor, and from the double bedroom on the second floor.

Stairs from the ground-floor entrance take you to the open plan living, dining & kitchen area.  Plentiful seating for 6 in the living room, with two huge windows looking over High Street, and a fabulous window seat where you can sit and watch the bustle below and the glorious views across the North Beach and beyond.

Dining table for up to 6 people leads you to the modern L-shaped kitchen, designed in cool, earth-toned hues.

On the second floor are the twin and double bedrooms, again beautifully furnished.  The stunning family bathroom is also on this level (including a huge walk-in shower & tropical tile display), as is the utility cupboard housing the washing machine.

On the penthouse floor is the master bedroom, with high ceilings, skylights, and a beautiful en-suite bathroom with enclosed shower and free standing copper bath.

The owners have tried to think of everything that will make this a stunning property for those special occasions and memorable holidays in Tenby.

Other points to note
Floral Corner is located above Lollies Sweetshop

Being so near the beach and Harbour, you will hardly need the car. There is so much to do within Tenby and its extensive beaches, many people park up their car in the nearby reasonably-priced multi-storey and forget about it until it is time to depart.

Non smoking. 5pm takeover. No pets.

Pedestrianisation – between early July and mid September Tenby town centre becomes ‘pedestrianised’ which means the town is largely closed to vehicles between 11am and 5.30pm every day. This makes for a lovely ‘cafe culture’ where it is safe to wander in the streets and dine al fresco, but it does mean that your arrival may be affected. Pembrokeshire County Council have staff at the entrance to the restricted areas, and if you explain to them that you need to unload your luggage and give the property address & proof of booking, they should let you through for this purpose alone and then you would need to park your car in one of the public car-parks. Thereafter there will be a pedestrianisation permit at the property for the other days of your stay; although bringing the car into the restricted areas is strongly discouraged during 11am & 5.30pm. Please be assured the benefits of pedestrianisation do outweigh this slight inconvenience on your first day.
